Challenge Maintenance takes the privacy of its customers very seriously. Please read the following policy to understand how we will treat your personal information when you use our website and/or services. If this policy changes then we will let you know via our website.

In order to provide you with an efficient service following your enquiry, we collect certain personal information about you.

When you request information from us concerning our products via this website or from us directly, we may need to correct and update your personal information about you to process your enquiry or order for us to send you the product information or answer any specific enquiry. Challenge Maintenance recognises the importance of security in relation to your credit or debit card details and for that reason we use Socket Layer technology to encrypt all your personal data and a secure server to process your order. The technology converts the characters you enter onto the screen into pieces of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. No credit or debit card details are held on our servers so that if in the unlikely event that our servers are "hacked", your details will still be safe.

Cookies are small files we can send to your browser and which are stored on your computer's hard drive. The computer will store an identifying code in the Cookie which means you do not need to type in your address each time you place an order. In order for a Cookie to be used in this way, you must enable it by ticking the box on the relevant page. Other than this, we do not store your address or any other information in the Cookie, or use it for any other purpose.
